NOT CONTAGIOUS DISEASE

Non-communicable diseases (PTM) is estimated to cause 35 million deaths in 2005 (WHO) and 80% of these deaths occur in low-income countries and middle. The main PTM such as Cardiovascular, Stroke, Cancer, Diabetes Mellitius and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were found to have increased in developing countries and the impact on the increase in mortality and disability.
basic medical research in 2007 showed a shift in causes of mortality and infectious diseases into the PTM. Based on the results of research, the cause of death was a stroke over 5 years, Whether in urban or rural. PTM accounted for 59.5% of deaths than the disease started showing the figure 28.1%. Three main factors are known to cause PTM are: Lack of physical activity, unhealthy diet, and smoking habits. PTM control efforts can be more effective and efficient if risk factors can be controlled. In the PTM effects and risks other than an effect on human survival and decrease in labor productivity also adds burden to health care.
Some studies also show that in general risk factors PTM no symptoms so as they do not need to address the risk factors and lifestyle change.
WHAT IS NOT CONTAGIOUS DISEASE? Non-communicable diseases (PTM) is a chronic disease or chronic due to the pattern / unhealthy lifestyle behaviors such as eating foods low in fiber and high in fat. 1. hypertension

2. heart disease

4. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

5.KANKER
Abnormal cell growth / continuous and uncontrolled, can damage surrounding tissue and can spread far from its origin to the place which is called metastatic.


6. OSTEOPOROSIS
Is a disease characterized by reduced bone mass changes in bone tissue changes, which can lead to brittle bones become thin and porous

7. STROKE
Is a disease that often begins with symptoms of headache, dizziness, talk pelo, arm and leg strength is reduced, and usually the patient had a history of high blood pressure.
